The problem we solve
Automatic washes scrub your paint with the same brushes that cleaned hundreds of cars before — hence the web of micro-scratches you see in sunlight and the gradual dulling of the colour. A quick ordinary wash also fails to remove what harms the paint most: tar, metal particles and insect residue.
The result: the car looks clean, yet the paint looks worse with every year.
What you get
Paint that is clean to the touch as well, with no new scratches after washing. Decontamination removes embedded contaminants that foam cannot lift — and it is the right base before wax, a coating or correction.

When this is not the best choice
If the paint already has visible scratches, holograms or dull patches, washing alone will not remove them — you will need paint correction. And if you want lasting hydrophobic behaviour and easier washing for months, consider protective coating for the paint.
A detailing wash or an automatic car wash?
An automatic wash wins on time and on the price of a single wash — and that is where its advantages end. Brushes and uncleaned materials leave micro-scratches that accumulate with every visit, and removing them later by correction costs many times more than the difference in wash price. A detailing wash is slower, but safe for the paint — which is why we treat it as basic care, not a luxury.
Frequently asked questions
How often should I have a detailing wash?
It depends on use — cars driven daily usually need washing more often than garaged ones. Decontamination is done less frequently; at every visit we assess whether it is needed instead of adding it automatically.
Will washing remove scratches from the paint?
No — washing removes dirt, not defects in the paint. Scratches and holograms are removed by paint correction; during the wash we can assess a sensible scope for it.
I have a ceramic coating — is this wash safe?
Yes, it is the recommended way to maintain a coating. We use chemicals that are neutral to protective layers, so the coating keeps its properties for the whole declared period.
Do I need to order a wash separately before another service?
No — paint preparation is part of every service we do. You order a detailing wash separately only when it is meant to be the service itself.
